Dave n Steve lovely men they were shut on New Year's Eve but this was when it suited us to go in so Dave gave us his number and arranged to meet us there he gave us the keys to the car to test drive we loved the car and walked out with the keys everything was nice and easy and no pushy salespeople (I wouldn't have bought if they were). Firstly, I was able to have a good look at the car without some needy salesmen pecking my head, an underestimated bonus, I have walked away from many deals or sales teams for this reason. Secondly, I was made to feel at ease during the test drive. I had my car delivered, the driver peter was a great bloke and clearly looked after my new car, cheers pete. No false advertising, the car was exactly what i expected to see. I was granted a Three month standard warranty, free of charge, hopefully I will not need to test the legitimacy! All in all, good experience, great car and great people.

Great service from all at Shirlton. I carried out my research thoroughly first. Spent a few weeks tracking prices and specs of Toyota CHR cars within a 30 mile radius of home using auto trader. Shirlton had a car in stock which we went to see, good service without being pushy , fee to inspect the car alone and agreed a deal including a guaranteed trade in through auto trader. went back early Monday to test drive and place a deposit in order to pick up on the Tuesday after transferring funds. Were dealt with by three members of staff in all, with good continuity between each, all friendly and helpful. Have now had the car for 3 days, have completed over a hundred miles and we are really happy with it. Thankyou to all at Shirlton Dave & Helen

Focus ST &Range Rover sport .
I have purchased two vehicles from Shiltons the first nearly 5 years ago which i still own and never had a problem with in fact its passed every MOT since. With out any cost at all .Now the second vehicle i brought from them was quite expensive. With in a week had a small issue . Called they sorted straight away . I took out the extra warranty that they recommended. Then 6 months down the line i had quite a major fault on vehicle . Called warranty company they said it wasn't covered. While the country was on lock down i emailed Shiltons who replied within a few hours . Then had a call from DAVE .With in 24 hours problem sorted with warranty company Dave had sorted garage to repair . Had vehicle back 2 days later . HIGHLY RECOMMEND
